With a background in celebrity and documentary photography, Richard Brummer, the founder and chief photographer of Australian Freeze Frame, started photographing people more than 25 years ago. This means you will feel confident and relaxed knowing that an experienced person will be capturing your images with a style that is candid and unobtrusive. No cheesy stiff poses but a natural fun romantic approach. He uses state of the art Nikon equipment and has thousands of dollars worth of lenses as he was one of the first photographers in Sydney to use digital cameras to capture weddings.
A word from the founder.
“After completing a 4 year Bachelors degree in Design at University, majoring in photography, I left confident that I could call myself educated and accredited. These days anyone can call themselves a ‘professional photographer’ and start a wedding or portrait photography business, so be careful when choosing one. Ask if they have some sort of formal training. Its not enough just be a member of a club or an organisation. Chances are they might be cheaper but is it worth the risk?”
